Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at bepotepa@gmail.com with photographs of the issue.

Replacement or refund requests are handled individually and in cooperation with our production partner.
